#sendusyourbike | Juan's Peugeot 1978 recycled!

Hi riders all over the world!
Here we go again, happy new year 2017!!!

We were out for holidays without new content to publish, and now we have a lot.... stay tuned!

Today we want to show you how Juan from Montreal, Canada has recycled an old Peugeot, enjoy!

About the bike

The bike is a Peugeot 1978 to the best of his knowledge frame is on carbolite 103 and the fork is Tange. He found it abandoned on a very cold night of February 2016 the rear wheel was in a figure 8 shape but everything else was in good shape (mechanically speaking the stetics were terrible) and dirty.
He had it sandblasted afternoon decided to keep it, then from there on he did all the job paint, design and putting it all together, the decals he had them printed by a local shop he took the same the original bike had since he wanted it to keep part of its identity, he trimmed down the number of decals tho and only out the Peugeot lion ♌ on the head badge.
He re-dish the rear wheel since it went for 5 sprockets to one only the he had to true it again, but he wanted to keep his Mavic wheel.
