#video | Fixie off road "Monster Pinky Fixie"

Why not a fixed gear off road? I have adapted my "Pinky Fixie" urban fixie to create an off road fixie adding bigger tires 700x42, and now (not in the video) with a 22t fixed gear cog to improve the movements off road, result: AMAZING!

Here you have our own video riding near of Barcelona (Spain) beside the Llobregat river.

Who will be the next fixed gear off rider?....

WHAT KEEPS YOU GOING ? via Monsterfixed

This story has thrilled us, a story of personal growth, integration, good people, ...

They are from Singapore and mainly, some of the riders are deaf which is most of them can not able to hear / talks and some of them are normal people like usual ...

They are...Monsterfixed (Mfxd)

Monsterfixed (Mfxd) is a fixed gear group based in Singapore since 2009. Their crew consists of all races, ages ranging from 16 to 26 years old and hearing-impaired and non-hearing impaired members.

Cycling gives them a sense of independence, but it may be even stronger for the deaf community. Hearing impaired cyclists must focus all of their attention when cycling because they are not able to hear sirens and traffic noises.

When cycling, they feel that their body and their bikes are as one.  They gain so much experience through riding. They are inspired by the fixed gear scenes around the world. They gain many friends through cycling and they hope to make more friends & to expose themselves more out there in the fixed gear scene.

They are the heart and the bike is the body, if their legs don’t move the bike won’t start. They have to keep on pedaling to keep it going.

And this is one of their amazing videos telling their stories...really nice!
From The Fixed Gear World, we want to congratulate this group of people, and all those groups, as Monsterfixed, helps integrate people in a positive way, helping them and learning from them personally to outdo day by day.
