When we talk about a brand who have the capability to mix urban trends and cycling, we use to talk about Chrome Industries... today is the day to test "chrome wear"... the first to test: the Natoma Short pants!
Hi again riders!
This week we want to show you something to solve your "home problems" as riders... where to put and storage my bike?
Well, the guys from Twonee sent us some months ago (sorry for the delay in the review...) their Copenhagen Wooden Bike Rack Natural, and finally we have put it in our coworking for our official single speed bike.
Sorry sorry sorry... a lot of days without news from The Fixed Gear World?... Don't worry, we are here again!
Today, we come with new product review! In this case to explain you our sensations with the last urban helmet created by the famous and legendary bran MET. His name.. Corso!
Bad weather...rainny day...and you need to take your bike and move around your city... don't worry!
Here we have the Bicyclecrumb Fendor Bendor by Ass Savers, ready?... here we go!
The reflective FENDOR BENDOR by BICYCLECRUMBS is the Jedi laser sword of mudguards. It will keep you visible and safe as well as dry as a nut. Mounts on your bike in seconds without tools. Completely foldable, it can easily be stored in a bag or jersey pocket for wet rides on the dark side.
Today, once again, we are really happy to show you another product review, in this case about a race fit jersey, hand-drawn design by Jack Loudon from Duke of the Downs.
They have a lot of designs: Death's-head, Antlers, Dagger, Skull, Wasp... our is called Mandala.
Today we bring you one of our favourite topics, a restyling project, our Prism Cycles restyled with a set of beautiful components from Single Speed Components (UK). We have did one rare restyling, usually people get an old bicycle, clean it, buy new vintage components and finally create his new-old vintage single speed bicycle.... in our case, we started with a new bike, and we gave it an old style, a vintage style with high quality components from Single Speed Components, and...here we have the result, do you like it?
Today we return with our product reviews, we have a lot of stuff of products to review these days...
Today we want to show you the SS16 Bookman Light, a limited edition of their classic bike lights for the spring/summer 2016. In our case we have received the light sunset pink and yellow elastic band model... as you will see in this review, combines perfect with our State Bicycle Black Label!
The colors are all about the concept of summer: sunny days by the sea, cruising bike rides, melting ice creams, laughter and sweet summer tunes.
Bookman Light is a slim, high quality bicycle light set – easy to mount and detach thanks to the elastic pull. It is surprisingly bright despite its size and has an oversized button that makes them easy to turn on and off, even with gloves. The front light attaches to the handlebar and the rear light goes on the saddle pole. Bookman Light fits all different sizes of handlebars and saddle poles.
Today we bring you new models from the brand Bikeman Bicycles. The style is really vintage, built with high quality components. Personally, I love the Ruth model...wow, it's a retro inspired urban bicycle. The bicycle is easy recognisable due to the minimal design, leather details, retro-Bauhaus inspiration, classic steel frame, very high quality and colourful design stripes.
But they have two other models: Ada and Willa, here you have more photos, enjoy!
Today we bring you another of our famous #productreviews. Today we want to show you a product from one of our supporters, Road Runner Bags. They sent us a surprise, their awesome "Medium Anything Pack", a medium size urban backpack perfect for commuters.
Product review and specifications
Well, we have received the backpack in brown color with the inner in orange color (watterproof), it's plenty of pockets to carry on small things (wallet, sunglasses, keys...), medium size (for bike lock, bottle...) and big size, basically the main with only one pocket inside to carry on your laptop, and other things like a jacket, helmet...
Today we want to show an interesting project made by Knog, the Oi Bell.
Oi is the bike bell that doesn't look like a bell at all. Its shape is completely unique. Rejecting the typical dome shape, the Oi hugs the handlebars, not standing out like a blister. A bell with a beautiful tone and remarkable style. In one sense, it is discreet. But in another, it stands out as unrecognisable.
Today we have a new video, in this case, about our unboxing video of our last bike sent us by Funked Up, a full customization: colors, components, decals with our name "UIKU COWORKING" (the coworking space where we are located...love this place!)
Well, the bike comes with about 80% of bike finished, you only have to put the front wheel, adjust the handlebar and seatpost, and pedals...and, that's all folks! At this moment, you can ride, even the wheels are inflated! Total time, about 20 minutes.
The bike comes in a box, really well protected, we have no detected any problem about bumps or scratches, all perfect!
You can see this video, and other in our YouTube Channel, enjoy!
We are proud to publish this review about another product from Bookman, one of our collaborators (I think we have tested all their products... :-P) In this case we will show you one of their last inventions, the Bookman Reflective Bag & Backpack designed in collaboration with Notabag, a famous brand of cool bags for your daily commute.
Notabag ft. Bookman Reflective Bag & Backpack review and info
This bag is a clever combination of a bag and a backpack made from high visibility material as you can see in our photos taked with the mobile flash, you can see the difference between flash photos and normal ones.
Hi riders!
Today, we bring you the second video about the Loco Cycles Fixed Gear Cruiser - Aqua de Loco.
In our past video we show you the unboxing, and now we show you the bike riding in the beach.
Today we want to share to all of you a new product review, in this case about the new brand Morgaw and one of their road saddles. Maybe you say, why innovative?... In this post we explain the shock absorber system of the Morgaw saddles, and...it works!
Sometimes we need to ride at night, and we need to increase our safety using reflective wear, lights, etc... Here we have more products to avoid accidents when you ride at night, an easy to install, creative and nice product called "Metroflect", we have reviewed it and here you have our experience!
